We undertake projects of short and long duration. Our goal is to
provide services which meet or exceed the services which you have
available in-house. Subsequent to signing a Confidentiality Agreement,
you inform us of your general area of interest and provide scientific
information concerning the project. We study the available information
and conduct a literature review. We then provide a formal written
proposal.
We anticipate that you may require changes or adjustments to the proposal
prior to acceptance. Once the changes are mutually agreed upon and
you accept our proposal, the work will be scheduled and assigned,
for supervisory purposes, to a principal. In addition, a full time
bench scientist will be assigned to conduct the laboratory work. As
the project progresses, inquiries about progress are welcomed, as
are on-site visits.
We view ourselves as a part of your own research and development efforts
and are amenable to changes and redirection as the work progresses.
This approach is designed to facilitate incorporation of any new information
that you may obtain during the course of the work. You may thus redirect
efforts at ORGANIX as the project goals demand.
An important aspect of our services is that scientists assigned to
the project solve synthetic problems as they arise and often optimize
synthetic procedures when appropriate. Interim reports can be provided.
Upon completion of your project, the synthetic products are provided
together with all the appropriate documentation. At your request,
we provide a formal report which includes all synthetic procedures
and spectral and physical details for intermediates in the synthetic
pathway.
